Service
1. Installation guide
We provide a detailed installation manual that is easy to follow for quick, easy installation of our water heaters. We also offer remote assistance by phone or video call if necessary.
2. Daily maintenance
- Check the power plug and socket to ensure they are reliable, well contacted, properly grounded, and are not overheating.
- If the water heater is not going to be in use for a long period of time, drain the water to prevent damage from freezing, particularly in areas with a temperature below 0℃.
- We recommend regularly cleaning the shower water heater’s tank and removing any sediment build up on the electric heating element to ensure the safe, efficient operation.
- We recommend inspecting the anode every six months. When it is worn down, replace it with a new one.
- Turning down the water temperature as long as it is warm enough for your needs helps reduce heat loss and scale, saves energy and extends the water heater service life.
3. Precautions
- The socket ground wire must be properly grounded with a rated current value of no less than 10A. The socket and power plug must be kept dry. Inspect the contact areas between the socket and power plug regularly to ensure full contact.
- Due to water splash on walls, the socket should be installed anywhere higher than 1.8m, and above anywhere a child might touch.
- Install the non-returning valve (which is included with the water heater) on the cold water inlet.
- When heating water, there will be water dripping from the non-returning valve. This is normal. However, if there is a severe water leak, please consult a professional for repair. Don’t try to clog the non-returning valve, as it may damage the water heater and cause safety concerns.
- Due to high water temperatures (higher than 50℃ may lead to burning) be careful with the water direction toward your body. We recommend testing and adjusting the water temperature first before stepping in to bathe.
- If any component damaged, please contact a professional for maintenance, and use the components provided with the water heater.
